Do you have a question to ask us? Use the search function of this site. This is how you quickly find the correct information online.

The easiest way to contact us is to complete the contact form on this website (available in Dutch and French). We will make sure your message reaches the correct department and that you receive a reply.

Note: do not use the contact form for very urgent calls. The contact details for urgent calls are shown on the right-hand side of the screen. At the right you also find a link to an application with which you can provide us with information about a defect street light (available in Dutch and French).

Comments regarding our services

If you have a problem with our services you can submit a complaint (tool available in Dutch and French).

Our Complaints commission will look for a solution when you are not satisfied with the way in which we dealt with your problem.
